This dataset contains response curves of leaf photosynthesis to intercellular CO2 concentration (ACi curves) and irradiance (AI curves) measured on ten C4 crop genotypes. Gas-exchange measurements were conducted using LI6400/6800 portable photosynthesis systems under controlled leaf chamber conditions to quantify leaf photosynthetic responses across a range of CO2 concentrations and irradiance.
The dataset is structured for Bayesian fitting using a C4 biochemical photosynthesis model (https://github.com/Xia-Jin55/Bayesian-C4-photosynthesis) for estimating photosynthetic coefficients (epsilon, Jmax, Vcmax, Vpmax and Rd).
