Response curves of leaf photosynthesis to intercellular CO2 concentration and irradiance

This dataset contains response curves of leaf photosynthesis to intercellular CO2 concentration (ACi curves) and irradiance (AI curves) measured on ten C4 crop genotypes. Gas-exchange measurements were conducted using LI6400/6800 portable photosynthesis systems under controlled leaf chamber conditions to quantify leaf photosynthetic responses across a range of CO2 concentrations and irradiance. The dataset is structured for Bayesian fitting using a C4 biochemical photosynthesis model (https://github.com/Xia-Jin55/Bayesian-C4-photosynthesis) for estimating photosynthetic coefficients (epsilon, Jmax, Vcmax, Vpmax and Rd).
