We compared transcriptomic differences between Cal27 parental and sphere cells. Overall design: To further investigate the transcriptomic differences between Cal27 parental and sphere cells, we used a suspension culture assay to isolate cancer stem cells. Primary adhesion cells were characterized as "parental cells", and isolated cancer stem cells were characterized as "sphere cells".
