This series comprises an Index to the Charge books of the Camden Police Station.The handwritten index book is arranged alphabetically by the first letter only of the surname. Index entries were added chronologically as new charges were recorded. For each person, the index entry records the page number and charge book number. This indexes covers Charge books numbers 17 to 48 and includes some entries for Charge books 1 to 8.
