Dataset for manuscript entitled "Optical Phenotyping Using Label-Free Microscopy and Deep Learning." The dataset is grouped into three folders: "Statistical Analysis and SVM Models," "Gene Heatmaps" and "Deep Learning." These folders contain all data and code required to perform analysis and generate figures included in the manuscript.
