Interview Transcript

This dataset contains qualitative interview transcripts derived from semi-structured interviews with three key informants at Kompas.com: Laksono Hari Wiwoho (News Managing Editor), Luthfi Kurniawan (Content Marketing Manager), and David Oliver Purba (Regional Editor). These individuals are directly involved in the implementation and oversight of Artificial Intelligence (AI) within the newsroom. The interviews employed open-ended questions to allow for an in-depth exploration of their experiences, perspectives, and critical reflections on the integration of AI into journalistic workflows, editorial decision-making, and ethical considerations. This dataset serves as a core component of a qualitative study examining how digital transformation and AI adoption are reshaping newsroom practices in Indonesia.
