Data for Anxiolytic effects of fluoxetine and nicotine exposure on exploratory behavior in zebrafish

The Data.zip file contains the raw swim track output data as well as our R scripts used to process and analyze the data. Our processed output data is also included in this set. The Videos.zip file contains the videos from the behavior trials. We used these files to create the swim track data for the experiment. ProAnalyst Files.zip contains files for working with the ProAnalyst Software. Each video has a corresponding feature tracking file (.ftk) of the same file name. Some videos have a calibration file (.mcl) which was used for subsequent videos in numerical order until a new calibration was required.

Data.zip 压缩包内含原始游泳轨迹输出数据，以及我们用于处理与分析该数据的R脚本，本数据集同时收录经处理后的输出数据。Videos.zip 压缩包收录了行为试验的相关视频，本实验的游泳轨迹数据即基于此类视频文件生成。ProAnalyst Files.zip 压缩包包含适配ProAnalyst软件的配套文件。每个视频均对应一个同名的特征跟踪文件（.ftk）。部分视频附带校准文件（.mcl），该文件可按编号顺序应用于后续视频，直至需要开展新的校准为止。
