CAUSES AND PREVENTION OF AGGRESSIVE BEHAVIOR IN CHILDREN

This article provides an extensive and in-depth scientific analysis of the causes and prevention of aggressive behavior in children. Based on numerous empirical studies, meta-analyses, and systematic reviews, it elaborates on the biological (genetics, neurological factors), psychological (emotional regulation deficit, frustration, impulsivity), familial (harsh parenting, trauma, family conflicts), social (peer influence, witnessing violence), and environmental factors (mass media, sensory overload) of aggression. Regarding prevention, the effectiveness of family interventions, school programs, emotional skill development, positive parenting, and early childhood psychocorrection is demonstrated. The findings confirm that while aggression stems from complex gene-environment interactions, early and multifaceted prevention can reduce behavioral issues by 30–50%. The article provides empirically-based recommendations for preschool and primary education practitioners, families, and specialists.
