Samen Kwetsbaar, Samen Sterk

The project Together Vulnerable, Together Strong focuses on birth care interventions developed for vulnerable pregnant women. The aim of the project is to obtain an overview of the interventions used in the north of The Netherlands (Groningen, Friesland and Drenthe), the degree of implementation of these interventions, and to obtain information about the obstructing and promoting factors which care providers and vulnerable pregnant women experience in relation to the interventions. In addition, we will improve implementation of an intervention in the specific local context in two Maternity Care Collaborations (VSV).

「弱势携手，坚强共筑」（Together Vulnerable, Together Strong）项目聚焦于为弱势孕妇开发的分娩照护干预措施。本项目旨在全面梳理荷兰北部（格罗宁根省、弗里斯兰省与德伦特省）所应用的各类分娩照护干预方案，调研这些方案的实施落地程度，并收集照护服务提供者与弱势孕妇在相关干预方案推行过程中所感知到的阻碍因素与促进因素相关信息。此外，本项目将针对两家助产照护合作机构（VSV）的具体本地场景，优化某一干预方案的落地实施效果。
