Processed water-column current velocity and acoustic reflectivity data from a mining trial at the Belgian (GSR) contract area in the Clarion Clipperton Zone during the MANGAN 2021 expedition

The data were acquired with 13 ADCP sensors mounted on 12 seafloor platforms at successive distances (50 m to 1800 m) from the collector impact site in the Belgian (GSR) contract area in the Clarion Clipperton Zone (CCZ). The sensors used are Teledyne RDI Workhorse Sentinel ADCP at 300kHz, Teledyne RDI Workhorse Sentinel ADCP at 1.2 MHz and Nortek ADCP at 2 MHz. The data processing is described in Gazis et al. 2025. The data format is compatible with Digital Earth Viewer (https://digitalearthviewer-glodap.geomar.de/ )

本数据集的数据由布设于12座海底平台上的13台声学多普勒海流剖面仪（ADCP）采集获取，这些平台与克拉里昂-克利珀顿区（Clarion Clipperton Zone，CCZ）内比利时（GSR）合同区的集矿装置冲击点位依次间距为50米至1800米。本次使用的传感器包括特莱迪尼RDI公司300kHz与1.2MHz型号的Workhorse Sentinel型ADCP，以及诺泰克公司2MHz型号的ADCP。数据处理方法详见Gazis等（2025）的相关研究。该数据集格式兼容数字地球浏览器（Digital Earth Viewer），访问网址为https://digitalearthviewer-glodap.geomar.de/
