Thórhallsdóttir,.The data describes seed and seedling counts, the substrate type they were recorded in, and seedling survival from 2018 to 2020 for a sampled population of a mountain birch (Betula pubescens ssp. tortuosa) on Skeiðarársandur glacial outwash plain in southeast Iceland.
