E2F6:TFDP1 binds EPC1

The heterodimer of E2F6 and TFDP1 (DP-1) forms a stable tripartite complex with EPC1. EPC1 is a component of the NuA4 histone acetyltransferase complex. The complex of E2F6 and EPC1 acts as a repressive complex in a CAT reporter assay, but the presence of other NuA4 components has not been detected in co-immunoprecipitates of E2F6 and EPC1. EPC1 directly interacts with E2F6 but not with TFDP1 (Attwooll et al. 2005).

E2F6与TFDP1（DP-1）形成的异源二聚体与EPC1共同构成一个稳定的三角复合体。EPC1是NuA4组蛋白乙酰转移酶复合体的一部分。E2F6与EPC1的复合体在CAT报告基因检测中发挥抑制复合体的作用，但在E2F6和EPC1的共免疫沉淀物中尚未检测到其他NuA4成分。EPC1直接与E2F6相互作用，而不与TFDP1相互作用（Attwooll等，2005年）。
