1、数据收集:通过车载移动监测设备(车顶、车尾)进行合法收集数据,并进行脱敏、降噪、清洗、聚集、分析。
2、数据加工:移动监测设备直接采集车顶与近地面车尾PM2.5、PM 10浓度数据,根据车顶车尾差值并结合积尘负荷常数来计算输出道路积尘负荷字段。其中积尘负荷常数通过人工收集地面积尘负荷数据与移动监测数据皮尔逊相关性测试得到,为固定常数值,与监测车重量、车载移动监测系统安装等因素有关。数据结构中的状态字段N即Norml,表示收集状态正常。
道路积尘负荷数据值越大,表示道路积尘情况越严重。
Road dust load is a core indicator for quantitatively assessing the degree of road dust pollution.
Precise pollution control: Identify high dust load road sections to guide sanitation departments to optimize the frequency of sprinkler and sweeping operations, thereby reducing the impact of road dust on air quality;
Transportation planning: Provide data support for urban road reconstruction and heavy vehicle restriction policies, so as to reduce secondary dust pollution;
Environmental assessment: Dynamically monitor the road pollution diffusion trend in construction areas and industrial parks, to assist environmental supervision and governance effect evaluation;
Public services: Issue early warnings for high-pollution road sections, to improve residents' health protection during travel. By leveraging "data-driven" smart environmental protection, we can realize the upgrade from passive governance to source prevention and control.
Road dust load is an indicator that characterizes the mass of road dust with potential to cause road dust pollution per unit area of the road surface, which is calculated through the following steps:
1. Data collection: Legally collect data via in-vehicle mobile monitoring equipment (installed on the roof and rear of the vehicle), followed by data desensitization, noise reduction, cleaning, aggregation and analysis.
2. Data processing: The mobile monitoring equipment directly collects PM2.5 and PM10 concentration data from the roof and near-ground rear of the vehicle. The road dust load field is calculated and output based on the difference between roof and rear data combined with the dust load constant. The dust load constant is a fixed value obtained through Pearson correlation test between manually collected ground dust load data and mobile monitoring data, and is related to factors such as the weight of the monitoring vehicle and the installation of the on-board mobile monitoring system. The status field 'N' in the data structure indicates Normal, meaning the collection status is normal.
A larger value of road dust load indicates a more severe road dust accumulation situation.
