The register behind Who Showed Up: A Census of the Organizations Around Data Center Siting in Virginia, 2014 to 2026. It lists every organised body found engaging data center siting in Virginia from December 2014 to the evidence snapshot of 26 September 2026, on every side: opposition groups, conservation and civic bodies, litigants, trade associations, companies, lobbying and law firms, building trades locals, and the county and city bodies that decided. It also holds dated rows that are not organisations: petitions, named speakers and government actions. 223 rows (221 live, 2 retired by merger), 23 columns, each value with the page it was read from and the date. The codebook states every column, its allowed values and the rule that fills it. The counts file carries counts of voice with their methods and the searches behind every gap; the conflict log records how disagreements between sources were resolved or carried; the browser-pass record holds values read from pages that refuse automated retrieval. The source manifest lists all 611 saved pages with URL, date read and SHA-256. The pages themselves, most of them other publishers' work, are in a separate restricted-access record, 10.5281/zenodo.22996886, released on request. Corrections.
