This study investigates the microbial diversity and thermophilic carbohydrate-active enzymes (CAZymes) in Fang Hot Spring, Chiang Mai, Thailand, using metagenomic analysis and machine learning. Next-generation sequencing (NGS) was employed to characterize the microbial community structure in biomat and sediment samples collected at varying temperatures.
