In order to screen safe and efficient aerobic photosynthetic bacteria strains for culture of E. sinensis and determine their complete genome sequence, this experiment used carotenoid production capacity as an evaluation index to isolate and screen an aerobic photosynthetic bacteria from the bottom mud of the culture pond SY5, based on its physiological and biochemical identification and molecular identification, analyzed its drug resistance and the whole genome, and further evaluated its virulence to E. sinensis and its resistance to Citrobacter freundii infection Protection effect.
