各縣市基本設施補助計畫如有預算執行率未達80%或查核點進度落後，須填報落後原因。本資料集提供自106起各季落後原因案件數。

For infrastructure subsidy programs across counties and cities, relevant parties shall submit a report explaining the reasons for delays if the budget execution rate is less than 80% or the progress at audit checkpoints lags behind the scheduled timeline. This dataset provides the quarterly count of such cases that have submitted delay explanation reports since the 106th year.
