CPT cross-validation benchmark of conditional random-field simulators with kriging-variance screening: data, scores and code

This repository contains the data, analysis scripts, simulation configurations and supplementary results supporting the manuscript “How much does a CPT network know? Information content, cross-validation and the benchmarking of conditional random-field methods.” The deposit includes the cross-validation folds, variogram and kriging-variance calculations, generator benchmark outputs, paired bootstrap comparisons, scoring results, figure source data, and the reproducible implementation and configuration of the SGS case study. The material is provided to support verification and reuse of the analyses reported in the paper.
