Christmas period: average consumer spending in the UK 2020-2022, by category

According to a 2022 survey, adults in Great Britain were planning to spend about 100 pounds on travel over the Christmas period, a third less than the expected spend in the previous year. The biggest expected expenditure was on gifts, at around 300 pounds on average.
