Colitis was aggravated in mice with IgE receptor deficiency in mast cells (FC) in a gut microbiota-dependent manner. Specially, The relative abudance of lactobacillus remarkably increased in FC mice. Furthermore, Lactobacillus treatentment can significantly improve the colitis phenotype in wide type mice.
