Japanese Familial Alzheimer's Disease (JFAD) database contains information about mutations in genes linked to dominantly inherited Alzheimer's disease (APP, PSEN1, and PSEN2) as well as FTDP-17 (MAPT and GRN) in the Japanese population.

日本家族性阿尔茨海默病（Japanese Familial Alzheimer's Disease，JFAD）数据库收录了日本人群中，与常染色体显性遗传性阿尔茨海默病（相关基因涵盖淀粉样前体蛋白（amyloid precursor protein, APP）、早老素1（presenilin 1, PSEN1）及早老素2（presenilin 2, PSEN2））以及17号染色体连锁额颞叶痴呆伴帕金森综合征（FTDP-17）（相关基因为微管相关蛋白tau（microtubule-associated protein tau, MAPT）与颗粒蛋白前体（granulin, GRN））相关的基因突变信息。
