Forming process failures

When producing bolts in a forming process, the pressure signals are recorded per forming cycle of a bolt in sampling rate 1000 Hz. The dataset is collected from experiments of different failure modes of a forming process. There are 2 experiments recorded in csv format. Four failure modes, including core broken, cavity block, insufficient lubrication, and material out-of-specification, as well as one normal mode are provided. The first and second groups of experiments were performed in the same machine with different cavities and cores. The data are saved in Forming Failures Exp1 and Exp2, respectively.

在采用成型工艺生产螺栓的过程中，以1000 Hz的采样率记录每个螺栓成型周期内的压力信号。本数据集采集自针对成型工艺不同失效模式开展的系列实验。本次实验共包含2组以CSV格式存储的实验数据。本次实验涵盖4种失效模式，分别为芯杆断裂（core broken）、型腔堵塞（cavity block）、润滑不足（insufficient lubrication）以及材料规格不符（material out-of-specification），同时包含1种正常工况模式。两组实验均在同一台设备上开展，仅使用了不同的型腔与芯杆。两组数据分别保存于Forming Failures Exp1与Forming Failures Exp2目录中。
