Phytophthora infestans phenotypes

21 isolates of Phytophthora infestans were phenotyped on detached leaflets of the potato cultivar Bintje and the tomato cultivar Marmande.
The following traits were measured on 6 replicate leaflets: latency, lesion size (lesion length/width) and number of sporangia produced per lesion.
The experiment was repeated twice.

本研究对21株致病疫霉（Phytophthora infestans）分别以马铃薯栽培品种‘班吉’（Bintje）和番茄栽培品种‘Marmande’的离体小叶进行表型鉴定。针对6个重复小叶，测定以下性状：潜育期、病斑大小（病斑长度/宽度）以及每病斑产生的孢子囊数量。本实验共重复开展2次。
