Genome-wide analysis reveals the repression of MORC3 on PD-L1 expression in head and neck cancer

The expression and roles of MORC3 in cancers remain largely unknown. To understand the expression and roles of MORC3 in head and neck cancer, MORC3 was knocked down in CAL 27 cells with siRNA. Total RNAs were collected for mRNA sequencing assay. Overall design: Comparative gene expression profiling analysis of RNA-seq data for CAL 27 cells treated with siRNA against MORC3 or non-specific siRNA.
