Transcriptome sequencing was performed on apis mellifera antennae fed with inhibitors and agonists using Illumina HiSeq high-throughput sequencing. Olfactory receptor genes were screened by gene differential expression analysis, GO and KEGG functional annotation analysis, and the reliability of transcriptome data was verified by qRT-PCR. To explore the effects of activation/inhibition of AmelSmo on olfactory genes and signaling pathways in Apis melliflora and the potential regulatory mechanisms.
