Nikshay Data

This dataset is a national tuberculosis management information system developed and maintained by the Central Tuberculosis Division (CTD) of the Government of India. It contains a database of tuberculosis patient records that longitudinally tracks each patient's health status and their interactions with public health systems. The dataset includes seven registers: notifications, comorbidities, contact tracing, patient data, treatment adherence, patient laboratory data, and Designated Microscopy Centers (DMC). It covers nearly 700,000 patients in total. The core predictive task of this dataset is to forecast the treatment adherence of tuberculosis patients.
