補辦增劃編原住民保留地行政院核定筆數及面積

1.補辦增劃編原住民保留地之其目的係在安定原住民在原住民族地區之基本生存權及解決原住民族地區長期以來居住用地不足之課題，保障原住民基本居住權利。
2.依公有土地增劃編原住民保留地審查作業規範第11點規定，原住民申請之增劃編原住民保留土地依規定程序審辦完成後，由原住民族委員會代擬代判院稿核定增劃編原住民保留地，該等資料由本會定期統計。

The purpose of the establishment of additional indigenous reservation areas is to stabilize the basic rights of indigenous peoples to survive in indigenous regions and to address the long-standing issue of insufficient residential land in indigenous areas, ensuring the fundamental residential rights of indigenous peoples. According to Article 11 of the Regulations for the Examination and Approval of Additional Indigenous Reservation Areas on Public Land, after the application for the additional indigenous reservation land submitted by indigenous peoples is processed in accordance with the prescribed procedures, the indigenous peoples' committee shall draft and approve the determination of the additional indigenous reservation areas, and these data are periodically compiled by this committee.
