This is data from Experiments 1-3 of Germine, Duchaine & Nakayama (2011) "Where cognitive development and aging meet: Face learning ability peaks after age 30" published in Cognition. In that paper, we show in three very large web-based samples that face recognition memory peaks in the early 30s, whereas similar domains of name recognition memory and inverted face recognition memory peak in the early 20s. Altogether, there are about 60,000 participants of data in these three files. The files have one line per subject, with age, gender, and scores on each of the three tests as proportion correct.
