GST-Folliculin protein interactions from HEK293 cells

GST-tagged N-terminal tagged FLCN was over-expressed in HEK293 cells and GST-FLCN was purified using Glutathione. Associated proteins to FLCN were resolved on SDS-PAGE.Proteins were identified from gel fragments by liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS). Identified proteins were filtered by removal of keratins.

RNA sequencing is from proximal human kidney (HK2) cells that have shRNA FLCN knockdown. Short-term knockdown refers to <30 passages after selection, while long-term knockdown refers to >140 passages after selection. These are normalised counts.
