Body posture introduces systematic error in cuffless blood pressure (BP) estimation from wearable PPG. This study demonstrates that incorporating postures as contextual features improve the accuracy of BP estimation. By adding posture information, a context-aware model reduces posture dependent errors in systolic and diastolic BP predictions for different body positions under controlled experiment conditions.
