VPRS 12149 Enrolment and Results Cards

The cards in this series were originally part of a student record card system maintained by the Caulfield Institute of Technology from 1928 to 1970. In 1971 they were removed from this system and incorporated with a newly created student file series (introduced to replace the cards). They were transferred to Public Record Office Victoria in this form. They were subsequently extracted from the student files and brought together to form this series in 1999 (microfilm copies of the files are in custody as VPRS 4721). Cards not originally incorporated with a student file are believed to be in the custody of Monash University (VA 1047)Provision exists on the cards for recording:- Personal details of the student and their parent or guardian;- Previous studies;- Date of entry;- Date course completed and date of leaving;- Diploma number and date awarded;- Subjects studied;- Results; and- Attendance.
