天津市1：400万县级行政区划数据集（1983年）包括天津市1983年县级行政区划数据和县级行政驻地点数据。县级行政区划数据包括了县级行政单元的名称、拼音、行政区划代码、变迁情况等信息；驻地点数据包括县级行政单元驻地的位置信息，驻地的级别、变迁情况等信息。
Tianjin 1:4 Million County-level Administrative Division Dataset (1983) consists of two datasets for Tianjin in 1983: county-level administrative division data and county-level administrative seat location data. The county-level administrative division data encompasses information such as the names, Pinyin, administrative division codes, and change records of county-level administrative units. The county-level administrative seat location data includes the location information of the seats of county-level administrative units, together with the level of each seat and their corresponding change records.
