Dataset of the first mass-spectrometry experiment to identify in vivo phosphorylation of CA-RACB.

This dataset contains all identified barley phosphopeptides originating from transgenic HA-CA-RACB overexpressing protoplasts, which were transformed with GFP-RBK1 and treated with MG132. HA-tagged proteins and/or phosphopeptides were enriched by HA-immunoprecipitation and IMAC, respectively (S2A Fig). All peptides and their modifications were identified by mass spectrometry. Of main interest are the gene identifiers and peptides with phosphorylated residues and associated localization scores. (XLSX)
