Dataset: IgG subclasses in 157 referred hemochromatosis probands with HFE p.C282Y homozygosity

This dataset includes observations in 157 referred Alabama hemochromatosis probands with HFE p.C282Y homozygosity. These data were used to characterize IgG subclass levels and laboratory and clinical associations thereof and to compare with IgG subclass levels of eight previoiusly published adult cohorts unselected for hemochromatosis. The present cohort is a replicate of a non-overlapping cohort of 53 referred hemochromatosis probands with p.C282Y homozygosity in whom subnormal IgG subclass levels were reported in 2003.
