行使内容根据《国务院关于取消和调整一批行政审批项目等事项的决定》，第51项 境外机构和团体拍摄考古发掘现场审批由省级人民政府文物行政主管部门审批。
Pursuant to the Decision of the State Council on Cancelling and Adjusting a Batch of Administrative Examination and Approval Items and Other Matters, the approval for Item 51, i.e., the approval for overseas institutions and groups to conduct filming at archaeological excavation sites, shall be subject to the examination and approval of the cultural relics administrative departments of the people's governments at the provincial level.
