This repository contains the experimental datasets and analysis code used to compute Okazaki fragment (OF) size distributions and perform parameter fitting for the T4 bacteriophage and Bacillus subtilis replisome systems. The experimental data herein was digitized, extracted, or compiled from previously published literature to support the theoretical biophysical model of semi-discontinuous DNA replication developed in our study.
