refTSS

refTSS database is created for the human and mouse genomes publicly available TSS annotations and promoter resources. The data set consists of genomic coordinates of TSS peaks, their gene annotations, quality check results, and conservation between human and mouse.

refTSS 数据库（refTSS database）专为公开可用的人类与小鼠基因组转录起始位点（Transcription Start Site, TSS）注释及启动子资源构建。本数据集包含TSS峰的基因组坐标、对应基因注释、质量校验结果以及人类与小鼠之间的序列保守性信息。
