Soil nematode diversity in agricultural ecosystems under the application of organic amendments

This project focuses on investigating the impacts of different organic amendments on soil nematode diversity in typical agricultural ecosystems in northwest China. With the use of high-throughput sequencing (HTS) technology, 18S sequencing data was obtained from soil samples collected across agricultural ecosystems in treatments with different organic amendment and chemical fertilizers. The taxonomic composition of soil nematode communities will be analyzed based on this data.
