"simulation.R"：本文件内含R代码，用于搭建并执行附录中所述的模拟实验。

"modelfit_monotonic.R"：本文件内含R代码，用于对红鸢（Red Kite）繁殖数据开展模型拟合，分别施加单调约束与无约束两种拟合方案。

"bva.Rda"与"variables.csv"：前述文件分别为R数据文件与逗号分隔值（CSV）数据文件，包含巴伐利亚地区的红鸢繁殖数据及其变量说明。

"redkite/XY.Rda"：本文件为R数据文件，仅用于绘图用途。Rda格式文件可通过R语言的`load("bva.Rda")`命令加载至R工作环境。
