PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve replacement workability of a cutter body by enabling replacement of only the cutter body， in which chipping， etc. has occurred， out of a plurality of cutter bodies. SOLUTION: A rotary cutter 11 is rotatably attached to a tip part of an arm of a barking machine via a rotary shaft 14. Further， the rotary cutter 11 comprises: a cylindrical cutter holding member 31 spline-fitted to the rotary shaft 14; and a plurality of cutter bodies 32 which have cutting blade parts 32b protruding radially outward from an outer peripheral surface of the cutter holding member 31， and are detachably attached to the outer peripheral part of the cutter holding member 31 with prescribed intervals in a circumferential direction. 要解决的技术问题：通过可仅对多个刀体中出现崩刃等损伤的刀体进行单独更换，提升刀体的更换作业便利性。
技术方案：旋转刀具11通过旋转轴14可旋转地安装于剥皮机机械臂的端部。该旋转刀具11还包括：与旋转轴14花键配合的筒状刀具夹持件31；以及多个刀体32，该些刀体32具有从刀具夹持件31的外周面径向向外凸出的切削刃部32b，并沿圆周方向以预设间隔可拆卸地安装于刀具夹持件31的外周部。
