Data Dictionary: Label Definition Definition Source Title Title of the Public Art Piece. Syracuse Public Arts Commission (SPAC) Type The type of public art (Sculpture, Monument, Mural, Mosaic, etc.) SPAC Address The address, intersection, or building that the public art is located at. SPAC Latitude The latitude of the geographic location of the public art. SPAC Longitude The longitude of the geographic location of the public art. SPAC Artist Last The last name of the primary artist(s) who created the public art piece. SPAC Artist First The first name of the primary artist(s) who created the public art piece. SPAC Additional Artists Additional artist(s), if there were any, who helped create the public art piece. SPAC Media The type of material that was used to make the public art piece (Steel, Bronze, Granit, Painted Cement, Concrete, Steel, etc.) SPAC Date Created The year that the public art piece was created. SPAC Date Erected The year that the public art piece was put where it installed. SPAC TNT Area The Tomorrow's Neighborhoods Today section of the city that this public art piece is located within. SPAC Neighborhood The Syracuse city neighborhood that this public art piece is located within. SPAC Specific Location A text description of where the public art piece is located in relation to the address location. SPAC Additional Information Other information about this public art piece, such as what the public art piece is about, why it was commissioned, or about the artist.
