Physical and biogeochemical data collected by CTD in Masfjorden and Lurefjorden in Vestland, Norway during cruise HB2025009011 in March, 2025.

The files contain temperature, practical salinity, oxygen, and depth measurements binned into 1 db pressure bins, collected using a CTD from RBR during cruise HB2025009011 in March 2025. Data were collected in Masfjorden, Fensfjorden, Lurefjorden and Byfjorden in Vestland, Norway. Water sample data (Oxygen, Dissolved Inorganic Carbon, Alkalinity, Ph, H2S, nutrients, ammonium, and salt) collected during the cruise are included. The cruise was organized by the Geophysical Institute, University of Bergen as a part of the course GEOF337. Data can be downloaded as one .nc file or three .txt file, where data in the .txt-files are separated into downcast (HB2025009011_CTD.txt) and bottle (HB2025009011_btl.txt) data and where meta-data are provided in HB2025009011_meta_data.txt.
