Here we examine the chromatin landscapes of Vwf+ HSCs from young (2 months) vs old (24 months) mouse bone marrow. Overall design: To determine the change of HSC subtype composition during ageing, we used scATAC-seq to profiled Vwf+ HSCs (LKSCD150+CD48-CD34-Vwf+) from young and old mouse bone marrow.
