2016年，于杨树林下采集到野生金针菇子实体，进行组织分离纯化获得野生金针菇菌株，对其进行菌种生物学特性及室内驯化栽培试验，对金针菇工厂化生产及林下半野生栽培有极其重要意义。

In 2016, wild fruiting bodies of enoki mushroom (Flammulina velutipes) were collected under poplar forests. Wild enoki strains were isolated and purified via tissue isolation and purification from these fruiting bodies. Subsequently, experiments examining the biological characteristics of these strains and indoor domestication and cultivation were conducted. This work holds great significance for both the industrialized production and semi-wild cultivation of enoki mushrooms under forest environments.
