"Martini et al_ExaminingThreatsCo-occurrences_Ambio.csv":Dataset used in publication: Martini et al. 2023. Examining the co-occurrences of human threats within terrestrial protected areas. Ambio.Data sources are all publicly available and are described in the article. This dataset is the aggregated and cleaned data that was used to run the Joint Species Distribution Model with the HMSC 3.0 package in R."Martini et al_Ambio_TableS3.xlsx":Results from the Joint Species Distribution Model for the supported associations between threats within the Natura 2000 network. Only associations supported at 99% posterior probability are shown. The blank cells correspond to unsupported pairwise associations. This table provides the numerical values of Figure 3 in the manuscript. See methods in the manuscript for further details on the methodology.
