Mrk421 and Mrk501 are among the blazars that can be studied with the greatestlevel of detail thanks to their brightness and proximity. We request MAGICobservations to provide sensitive VHE coverage for the multiinstrument campaignsin 2024/2025. These MAGIC 0bservations are needed to characterise with accuracythe high-energy bump and its temporal evolution with simultaneous coverage forthe low-energy bump. This experimental work allows addressing fundamentalquestions on how Mrk421 and Mrk501 function which may be generalized to otherblazars that are more difficult to study because they are weaker or locatedfurther away. The acquired multi-year MAGIC data provide unprecedented VHEcoverage with high sensitivity and low energy threshold and together with the related MWL [truncated! Please see actual data for full text]
