ATRT cell lines bulk RNA-seq

Matrix of raw counts and matrix of TPM of bulk RNA-seq data from ATRT cell lines (CHLA02-02-ATRT and IC-032) treated with NOTCH inhibitor (DAPT gamma-secretase inhibitor) and DMSO (control) with 3 replicates. Data were pre-processed using an in-house pipeline developed at the Institut Curie Bioinformatics Core Facility (available at https://github.com/bioinfo-pf-curie/RNA-seq) and the human reference genome hg19. Except, the first column which contains the gene name, columns correspond to samples prefixed by the name of the cell line.
