This study aimed to assess the shelf life of Pacific white shrimp coated with gelatin extracted from Nile tilapia concerning microbial degradation, pH levels, total volatile bases nitrogen (TVB-N), trimethylamine nitrogen (TMA-N), and thiobarbituric acid-reactive substances (TBARS) assessed at intervals of 30 days (T0, T30, T60, T90, T120, T150 and T180 days).
本研究旨在评估以尼罗罗非鱼明胶为涂层的太平洋白虾的货架寿命，涉及微生物降解、pH值、总挥发性碱基氮（TVB-N）、三甲胺氮（TMA-N）和硫代巴比妥酸反应物质（TBARS）等指标，分别在0天（T0）、30天（T30）、60天（T60）、90天（T90）、120天（T120）、150天（T150）和180天（T180）的时间间隔内进行评估。
