Tenancy Change Applications

If no construction is occurring and the use is not intensifying or changing, planning approvals may be completed through a tenancy change. A building permit may also be required if upgrades are necessary to comply with the Alberta Building Code.

租户变更申请（Tenancy Change Application）适用于企业变更业主且场所获批使用用途未发生改变的情形。若未开展施工作业、且使用用途未发生强化或变更，则可通过租户变更流程完成规划审批。若需进行升级改造以符合阿尔伯塔建筑规范（Alberta Building Code），则可能还需申请建筑许可。
