Impaired killing of intracellular bacteria by Perforin-2 (MPEG1) haploinsufficient human phagocytes.

A/G indicates age and gender matched control. Gentamicin was used to eliminate extracellular bacteria. Intracellular bacteria were enumerated at the indicated times post infection.
